Recent recording projects include the CD/DVD set of Elliott Carter's Syringa on Mode Records, featuring world premiere recording of Carter's Quintet for Piano and Strings, performed by Ursula Oppens and the Arditti Quartet. The disc also includes a video interview with Mr. Carter, Ursula Oppens, and Irvine Arditti led by Sospeso’s Fouding Director, Joshua Cody. This landmark recording was one of the first classical recordings to be issued in 96/24 audio, plus surround sound option.
Sospeso's second CD, music for chamber orchestra and theremin, includes works written specifically for Sospeso by Christian Wolff, Howard Shore, and Olga Neuwirth.
