2003 — 2004 Season
Sospeso's fifth anniversary season features an important retrospective
of legendary American modernist Elliott
Carter's music, celebrating his 95th birthday, and our
new CD/DVD, with
London's Arditti Quartet; two versions
of Sospeso's first foray into the world of multimedia, a collaboration
with designer Jeff Sugg of the
Wooster Group, which features diverse music and a newly produced
film
on the events of 9/11/2001; a concert portrait of the young
Austrian composer Olga Neuwirth;
an homage to Luis Buñuel
and Salvador Dalí; and more.
