In paying homage to American experimental composer John Cage, Sospeso pokes fun at 'product placement' by incorporating familiar consumer objects in performances of two of Cage's great pre-war compositions, and also draws provocative connections between art and business.

Guest cellist Jan Vogler joins Sospeso in three classical works for this eclectic program to  accompany talks by Bernd Schmitt, Professor of Business at Columbia Business School, and founder and Executive Director of the Centre on Global Brand Leadership.

Join Sospeso at Carnegie Hall's beautiful Weill Recital for this second of Sospeso's annual American Voices concerts.
