The Ensemble Sospeso is proud to participate in the 1999 Summer Chamber Music Festival on beautiful Orcas Island, the most spectacular of the San Juan Islands just north of Seattle. 

The concert features works from a variety of nations—Japan, Germany, Italy, France, and America—and from a variety of influences, demonstrating that classical music is indeed “all over,” and that it is far from over. The concert will be preceded by a short lecture about the works to be performed.
